Tarte for Trueblood Limited Edition Collection

 Hey Everyone!
For those as obsessed with True Blood as I am, this limited edition collection is a long time coming, but,  I am happy to report that Tarte Cosmetics has come out recently with a True Blood collection this Summer 2011.  The collection features a natural lip tint lip surgence, a cheek stain and, what I'm most excited for, a true blood eye palette!

The Limited Edition Natural Lip Tint lip surgence is a stunning irredescent red color.  According to the Sephora website, It's all flavor and no bite with this mint-infused, iridescent red shade that drenches lips in a luminous, long-lasting tint. Tarte's LipSurgence™ technology rehydrates lips by delivering a surge of moisture for a deliciously plumped up appearance.
It's formulated without parabens, synthetic fragrances, and phthalates  and contains 0.1 oz of product. Price: $24 US and $31 CND

The Limited Edition Cheek stain is a beautiful sheer sparkling red.  This sparkling red cheek stain blends on smooth and lasts from dawn to dusk and well into the night. One drop is all you need to create a crave-worthy natural luminescence for all skin tones and types. Like all Tarte products, this lusty natural stain will do good things to you thanks to natural mineral pigments and fruit extracts.
The cheek stains are formulated without Parabens, Synthetic Fragrances, Phthalates, Triclosan and contain 1 oz of product.  Price: $30 US and $39 CND

Finally, the product that i'm most excited for is the eye palette.  It contains 17 new eye shadow shades inspired by True Blood, a full size aqua eye gel in black, a large sample size lights! cameras! lashes! mascara, and a natural eye primer.  According to Sephora,  Each richly pigmented shadow is softly milled and infused with Amazonian clay for pure color payoff, silky application and long wear. From ethereal goddess to vampy vixen, you can create countless looks using these shimmering, matte, and smoky shades.  Turn into a real truebie using the four 'get the looks' included with each palette, created with the help of True Blood™'s award-winning lead makeup artist Brigette Myre-Ellis.  The packaging is pretty vamptastic too, right? Price: $52 US and $68 CND

There's my quick little over view of each product and look out for full reviews coming soon!  Which product are you most excited to try out?  Leave a comment below and have a great day!
