Betsey Johnson for Sephora by OPI Collection Spring 2012

 Hey everyone!
One of my favourite designers, the fabulous Betsey Johnson has recently teamed up with Sephora by OPI to create her very own nail polish collection for Spring 2012.  In a statement regarding the new collection, Betsey said: "I am Too Too excited for my first nail collection with Sephora by OPI, the collection is just how I like it—loud, outrageous, pretty, pinky, and kickass rock and roll."  Sounds absolutely perfect to me!

 This collection will feature a selection of 7 gorgeous colours for Spring ranging from a gleaming glittery silver to a vampy black grape and everything in between.   The hot pink colour, It's My Pink! will be  Sephora by OPI's first scented nail varnish and will smell like Johnson's Too Too Perfume.  The collection also includes a mini set including 3 shades exclusive to the set, and 3 strip nail designs. The collection is set to release in March 2012.

The Betsey Johnson for Sephora by OPI line will retail for $9.50 US and $12 CND each:  (from left to right, top to bottom row)

Alley Cat - a purple fuchsia
XOX Betsey - sandy nude
Sparkling Personality - silver glitter 
Forever Wild - a black-y grape
Pushing Your Luck - red
Cartwheels on the Catwalk - a seafoam green. 
It's My Pink! - a hot pink smelling like Too Too perfume

The mini nail colour set  retails for $24.50 US and $29 CND and includes:

Son of a Gun - a metallic charcoal  (exclusive to the mini set)
XOX Betsey - a sandy nude
Pushing Your Luck - red
Too Too Turq - turquoise (exclusive to the mini set)
Yellow My Name Is Betsey - yellow (exclusive to the mini set)
Alley Cat - a purple fuchsia 

I don't think this collection is anything special, you could easily find dupes for all or most of the colours; however, I will definitely be picking up It's My Pink! and Cartwheels on the Catwalk.
