Hey everyone, 

Today's prom post is based on the dress that could have been.  Not for me, but for one of my really good friends.  She went out to purchase a prom dress last week, and came across this stunning BCBG sequined cocktail dress. She decided to get a different dress (which looks absolutely beautiful on her, I couldn't picture her in a better dress!) so i thought i would create a girly and chic look based on the little beauty she left behind.
